If you’re planning a trip to Berlin, this stunning Baroque palace should absolutely be on your must-visit list.
Not only is Schloss Charlottenburg the largest palace in Berlin, but it’s also one of the most breathtaking examples of Baroque and Rococo architecture in Germany. The best time to visit is during early autumn (September to October) when the weather is mild and the palace grounds are at their most photogenic. For a quieter experience, plan to arrive when the palace opens around 10:00 a.m.
If you're visiting in winter, don't miss the Schloss Charlottenburg Christmas Market in December. Though I haven’t seen it for myself (yet!), I’ve heard amazing things about the festive lights, handmade crafts, and cozy seasonal treats. It’s already on my Berlin winter bucket list.
